How do I access Wi-Fi events?

Wi-Fi events are accessible only on certain dates, so you can only get them for a limited time. You can usually get them at any participating stores like Gamestop or Toys R' Us, you just have to bring your Gameboy DS to the video game section, on the main screen select mystery gift, and receive the mystery gift via Wi-Fi.
