Pokémon in the Ditto group can breed with any Pokémon from any egg group, excluding the No eggs egg group. Ditto, however as of Generation IV and onwards, cannot breed with members of its own group, meaning that a Ditto cannot hatch from an egg.

So unless it was traded from gen III thats impossible
