L4D2: What the forget?

I was playing the 360 version on Dark Carnival, and in the beginning this guy spawned piles of medkits, chest paddles, and shots. He also made all of our ammo infinite and he just teleported us to the saferoom in every level. How the hell did he do this on a console?

i saw someone on gta4 mutiplayer using infinate rockets and he was invincible so i just reported him :D

I saw someone with the speed hack and replacing the mp5 with a rocket launcher (to fire out of cars) so I reported him. :D
I tried to get in his car but it wouldn't let me. :(
