It's one of them, or was.
"Meet Tezuni, the one with all the Drama topics."
And DarkLight one was a very early achievement added in like, the first version.
"Meet DarkLight on a server that has this Mod" since DarkLight was the creator of Achievements.

You should. But please, for the love of God, make sure global/player vehicle counts as well as emitter maximum are set at least above 100. (Go to Advanced Config. in Start a Game menu)
