It may not look transparent, but it is.  I couldn't find the font you used, so I found one that looks better in my opinion.

Wow are you stupid? It's called taking the picture and removing the white so it is an alpha channel, there was no need to even remake the wording.

Edit: Why didn't you do this anyways...why did you make it harder for yourself..?
