I wonder if there is such a thing as a "Non-Biased Mac vs. PC review"
Doubt it.
Either way, they have their ups and downs. I use a Mac because I've used Windows for a long time and I don't like it's user-interface. I can operate a Mac a lot faster than I can a Windows machine, and therefore I like it. I've never gone "Damn, I wish I had a PC so I could run ___" except a few times, and now I never even do that thanks to VMWare Fusion. Does it cost extra to get that? Of course. Do I think it's worth it? Every penny.
There are actually several Mac Anti-Viruses for the few viruses we do have. Many popular Windows anti-viruses have got a Mac counterpart (Kaspersky, Norton, etc.). I don't own any because I've never had a virus, and my dad's only had one which was on his PowerPC. If I did get a virus, however, getting rid of it would be the same endeavor as doing so on a Windows machine.
I don't appreciate it how many Windows users feel the need to stuff all over Macs and vice versa. I use what makes me happy, and everybody else is welcome to do the same. If I didn't like my Mac, I wouldn't use it.
I've only met one person who has used both MacOSX and Windows, and said he has no preference between the two. Everybody else who's used both for an extended period of time likes MacOSX a bit more. I'm willing to bet there are very few people who have used both for an extended period of time like I have. You're just basing your opinions entirely on what other people say, which I think is rather ridiculous :I
