I was playing Splinter Cell, and I was thinking...
Too many guns just fire, but what if it fired something new?
Like.....
EMP that takes out lights you shoot for a minute,
Gun fired cameras that sticks to walls (Like the PlayerCamera event thing?)

 Are these ideas even possible? I think it would sure mix up game styles...

I was just about to say that. Some sort of "Camera Gun" would be super interesting.

Like it's like a small pistol, and when you shoot it, the projectile is a small webcam you can then control with a screen on the gun. It can also be disabled by it being shot or when you press the self-destruct button on the launcher.

Only in Splinter Cell, the screen is built into the goggles, but, yeah...

Woah, I thought they were built into the wristwatch on his arm?
Man, just thinking about the 'sticky camera' it has a 'gas' and 'explode' feature to remove the surrounding area of enemies

Eh, it might be that.
I could've sworn he pulls down his goggles whenever he activates the camera, so I figure that's what it is.
