So I just got my new 360 on Wednesday, because my Elite broke :/  So yeah I just got my new one and soon will have my years worth of LIVE and such.   The weird part is, my parents have said "No M rated games, ever." and randomly a few days ago they said "If you rent a M rated game and play it with your Dad, and he says it's ok, then you can buy it", so I borrowed MW2 from a friend, and no I can get it! :D (Getting it tonight or tomorrow.)
