Jacky the 18k stealing starfish

First off this has been going on for over a month now.  I went to his server to see what this "Jacky's Neighborhood" thing was so I hop on to only find it that the entire thing was stolen from the NWB Neighborhood Build so I recorded a video on it posted it to my youtube account and sent a fourm message to Destroyer letting him know.  But when I confronter her on her server she was like "I know its theirs but, I didnt load it Trillabyte did."  So I took it for a minute then I say well wand the builds that arent yours otherwise I will report you to the NWB Clan.  Of course she didnt know who NWB so I say the New World Builders clan with destroyer and randomcaps and she goes No I will not wand the builds.  Also Sorry I have no pics only the video I made which is here.  As far as I know she doesnt have a fourm account as I know of but heres her ID and Past Names:  http://forum.returntoblockland.com/list.php?cmd=view&id=18252  and here is the video I have on my account:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dTn2qWDyPt8
But her best excuse was after I said I reported her was "I just wanted the clan to have somewhere to build and hang out at"  Bullstuff.  Thats why the NWB Server is up and other stuff.

Just to let you know if you she her and or her ID I say protect your nice builds and or have her Perma-Banned from servers.

yeah the rtb wiki says that id disremniation is bad because theres a certian user that has a 5k id and isnt smart

I didn't steal it go to search and type in Neighborhood and than scroll down to New World Builders something... and go to page 253 3 or 4 people defend me... I was trying to get NWB members here to my server cuz caps is inactive and randomguy is on TF2 so don't go there surb you're a liar and said I was blacklisted I AM NOT... NWB doesn't hate me... they don't care as long as I don't load it with my trust... also I was finishing a build GOD YOU FRICKIN GRRR
