I was looking into buying it and I wanted to know if it's compatiable with Windows 7. Can anyone help?

Can all steam games run on it? Cause I heard somewhere there were combatiability issues.

I'm pretty sure it's whether you get 64 bit or 32 bit. Some games aren't 64 bit compatible. I've only played a few games on my win7 64* that aren't compatible, and the games actually ran fine, just a few graphical errors that I had to fix.

Google says so, one of the suggestion results: Windows 7 32 bit vs. 64 bit, so I'm guessing it exists.

it does, and there's not really any compatibility issues with the 64 version either... I have yet to find anything that does not work.
