Press Esc-Admin Menu- Server Opitions or something in green- Server name- write it in and press save.

You might be thinking of IGSO. It does not work anymore. Use RTB.

yep, that was a wonderful mod :D
for RTB, set a keybind for the server controls, or you can go to the admin menu and click a green button that has RTB on it i think, on the top white box, set that to the server name
