a "send popup box to all" command for admins, So I can help confused people. ect

For example, if everyone is confused where to go to get a sword at an RPG, I could send a popup message to all, so everyone would see the popup and know what to do, I know I could just type in the chat, but a popup is more obvious. it would work like "/popup Get the sword from the blue building." I'd appreciate it if someone could help me out by making this.

There is an OK Box addon for text. You could event it for mini games, or just use default events and use center print.
