Need help buying a new Ps3 game

Ok guys I need your help. My dad for my birthday on April 2 has allowed me to purchase a Playstation 3 game and I need your help to choose a game. I already have in my game library (Games I already own):  Both Modernwarfares, Littlebigplanet, Skate 2, Warhawk, And Uncharted 2.

Recommendations  need has to fall under these specific guidelines:

1. Needs to be a PS3 disc based game, not anything from PSN store
2. Needs to be 60$ or under (No bundles)
3. Can be rated M, as long as it doesn't have cussing every 2 seconds, and no nudity.
4. Needs to already be out or has to come out before or on April 2

I cannot save this money, nor buy anything else. No wars about Xbox 360 being better, and I know PC is better (I'm saving up for a good one). No Ps3 has no games. Also, if you have played it, give me your own review of it. I am also putting up a poll of good recommendations to vote on. The poll will end April 2 and I will pick the best choice and buy it.

Played the Just Cause 2 demo and loved it. Getting it on friday when it comes out for me. Can't wait. :)

Bad company 2 is good, you can actually blow up buildings and stuff, unlike MW2 where you can only shoot through them. I heard heavy rain was really good, but is one of the games that actually fits the M rating since you like, cut off your finger and stuff. I heard MAG had little lag, but people were spread out so the giant player maps didn't seem to have a lot of players, it isn't like a giant civil war battle where everyone charges. God of War 3 got a 10/10 and my friend says it kicks ass.
