More Fallout 3 Technical Difficulties

Even though I have archive invalidation invalidated, and have it on, all black NPCs and players are showing up as large white exclamation marks.

Also, CFW has no textures and everything looks how it did without AII.

Will post a load list soon, if someone can't explain why this is happening.

i just dled fwe, project beauty, and face.

also, there are two 'Asian' races. One of them has the missing mesh glitch. CFW worked just fine before I downloaded FWE, FACE, and Project Beauty.

CFW Weapons problem solved. Compatibility patches are bullstuff. Still, black people and asian people are broken.

all problems solved. sometimes my graphics will glitch, but thats what I get for using really high settings.
