Needs to be a hide thread option so I can block these sort of threads.

If you'll excuse me, I have a sandwinch i need to eat.

It really depends on what interpretation that picture is based off of. If you're as educated on the subject as you claim, you'd know that picture isn't 100% fact. I could be like you and retort to troll, but I'm better than that today. I won't post any non-whimsical gibberish that can apply to 1% of the whole and think it's fact for the rest just to try and illicit a reaction of anger. You're not winning anything today. God bless and peace be with you friend.

You believe in a book that says this is undeniable truth. I'd think that degrades the reliability of everything else in that book. It's like if I wrote a textbook who's first half claimed that the earth was flat then went on to say stuff that wasn't obviously untrue at first glance, you'd probably be suspicious.

Just as science books are constantly revised as new information is discovered and revealed making any current book a theory and therefore not complete truth themselves. Sounds the same to me. I don't see what your point is.

But science gets closer to the truth.

You'd agree that:
Flat Earth < Round Earth < A little bit different from round earth

In terms of closeness to the truth. Religion doesn't change. I don't see your point.

Now we don't you friend

the massive bumping shows otherwise.

... you friend

the bible has been revised quite a bit actually.
over 100 books were kept out of the collection, many because they showed jesus as more human then the Romans at that time wanted people to see.

That's like calling a revision that cuts genetics out of biology a revision. It might be, but it doesn't mean you're getting closer to the truth. Science isn't influenced by politics in the long run, aside from what fields are funded.

Actually it would be deconverting people to atheism.

You can't convert to a state of having no belief.
