I want a game where I can be one man and go out in the wilderness, chop trees, saw the trees to make wood and build things. Find some seed, or venture into town and buy some seed. Basically a game where you fend for yourself on the frontier.

Might as well learn to make your own games. A game like that will come in a million years. I'm still looking for a game where you play an chef in space where you're in an abandoned space station and you have to solve a bunch of puzzles and run from dangerously cliche aliens to find some obscure and important item to escape.
