suiciding was messed up for a few days. when you Self Deleted it thought you were killed by a monster, which meant you could keep suiciding really fast as there was no limit.

And he didnt fix all the scripts

Ya, it's a very simple exploit in the scripts. Make a script that makes a player, drops all clothes, logs out, then overwrites.
