Let me clarify this for those who can't understand what he wants.

He wants the grappling hook.
The grappling hook does not link onto vehicles. It just hits the vehicle normally, but the point of impact does not move with the vehicle.
He wants this fixed.

I think theres a grapple weapon on rtb. It attaches you to the item pointed at when clicked, so you can swing and stuff. Dunno if it works on vehicles tho.
