Author Topic: Car spawns 100 studs in sky?  (Read 1410 times)

Ok, so I made this taxi, and when it spawns it spawns really high up, not on the spawn it's self... Any help?

When I saw the subject I'm like: 'It spawned (literally) 100 tiny little studs in the sky then fell down?'

Lol fail.

No like the brick studs like on legos.

Center the model in milkshape/Blender.

I did. I move to car with absolute to 0, 0, 0

Does it fall, or go up higher?

It falls and scared the stuff out of me when it fell on me the first time.

EDIT: Works now thank you.

This is very odd...

Would you mind posting the taxi.cs?

Hmm...

Try replacing your model with the Jeep. If it spawns way up high, it's the script. If not, it's the model.

Must be the model. Replaced with jeep and spawns perfect.

You got a collision box?

To make one:
Create a few boxes around your model and name them col-1

I will fix it. Here's the list of things that could be wrong:

1. It was way under the axis.
2. There was no collision mesh   O_o
3. The LOD was set to 16

That's it. Oh, and I added blank, it may be useful
(If you don't like recoloring, add blank and change it to yellow, then set recoloring =false in the script.

Here.
