You CAN use flash on macs but it hardly runs if at all,

You have no idea what you're talking about. I can have (and have done) 5 large flash games up at once for as long as I want with no problems at all.

i dont use anti virus programs or anti spyware. i dont even use a basic router or windows firewall.

and i have NEVER had a virus ever. years of computing, massive downloading.
heavy use of about 40 personal computers in my day, NEVER a virus.
if mac users think they even need protection at all, all it says is that mac users are to stupid to have the common sense needed to avoid them.
