So, as some of you know EA has realised the next game in the Tiberian Saga, but I have read countless articles on how EA managed to screw up this game. Has anyone actualy tried the game, enjoyed playing it, or has anyone wondered why gamespot gave it a rating of 7/10?

I am also interested in how well this game actually is, looks like a DoWII rip off some how.

Also they totally raped the gameplay. Example: basebuilding is no longer a major aspect. They replaced it with some little mobile crawler thing. Neither is tiberium mining. It was supposed to simplify gameplay but now I find it really hard to always have to be moving your forces.

lol its funny how many people hate publishers and not the developers.
they forget that EA does not make games.

EA bought them and they were told to make stuff EA's way. Later they fired most of the staff and replaced them with idiots who were like. "Guys if we put hot babes in our games people who buy our products more!"

Westwood died shortly after Renegade was made and it was resurrected Frankenstein style by EA into EALA, the developer that now makes titles like every CnC from Generals forward, LotR Battle for Middle Earth and some other non important titles.

EALA is a subsidiary of EA I think. So it's safe to blame EA for it because it always does assimilate good companies and warps them, then bakes it in a pot of stuff and then adds a nice vomit glaze on it. Thats what EA does.

CnC4 looks pretty awful, I haven't played it yet but the fact that they took out basically the two things that made CnC what it is just ruined it. I'm surprised they didn't plaster research stars all over this one too.
