The raceway is ok. The Jail RP is just ugly. Needs moar pics/colour

Ok. I'll work more on the jail. Waiting for more voters who want the race or jail.

Raceway looks nice. But on carpet for example, put some road bricks. It looks bad blened into carpet. Also, put barriers.

The carpet and the un-roaded parts are off-road sections of the track, the yellow line you follow on the off-road sections, the Kitchen raceway will uberly lag by the amount of bricks if I add barriers. It is already over 5000.
