He is half correct. Badspot didn't make a FUNCTIONAL male model. You do realise that it isn't just a case of making the body. From that screenshot it's missing feet and contains some errors. But that's just the body. Badspot would then need to make meshes for every bit of clothing, different faces and hair. He'd need to also animate it with masculine animations, modify the create a character code and GUI. A month of work for a game that doesn't make him money.
But we don't know how far he went beyond the image. Don't assume he simply stopped working on it there, who knows how far he went. How far he may still be going, even. I'm just saying: He was making one, so don't discount him for not trying.

Little did you know I was going "Someone else used it, but that was before I cared to know wtf Doctor Who is..." and decided to talk to him since he was currently using it. I already discussed it with him in another topic you seemingly never visited. Anyway, it's resolved.
