Just no. That was another idea of mine (Blockocide) but doesn't seem at all to be related to magic. What type of spell would that be? Imagine how easily abused t hat would be? Not to mention a lack of any sort of graphic would be just sad.

Console nuke is magic, and besides, if you just blind everyone and add Hightests, and kill everyone, you could simulate a nuke.

Imagine how unbalanced that spell would be, though. It wouldn't be fair if anybody had one of those. They would just run around killing one another.

What I mean is that every once in a great while, the CONSOLE does all that stuff and kill everyone.  Like when a match timer ends in a minigame, the CONSOLE would simulate the nuke.

That's pointless. Why not just reset the minigame without killing everyone first?
