see, this is why I posted here. Maybe we can fix the lag.
What kind of graphics card do you have? Could be graphical lag, hit the Home key to toggle your FPS. If its really low, try using the command LITE in the console. Could be network lag, where are you connecting from? Also, there is a bug I am trying to hunt down that causes a serious lag spike, so it may have been temporary.

but its hard to fix problems if no one reports them, please post on our forums :D
