Not bad, but try extruding next time. It isn't hard to see you just put a bunch of boxes on each other.

will try for next time

Maybe a small amount of grill-texture would be nice as well.

I love you for posting this here. Most peoples first addons go right to the addon section.

On-Topic: It looks... OK, If you were wanting to edit this for the addon section. Try to make it, A little Less Blocko

Roof is a bit high, maybe lower it?

i needed to be that high to fit the minifigs head in

Do some be-leveling.
Change the grate to be a bit more than a box.
Extrude, don't slap together boxes.
Line stuff up a bit more. (The tire guard seems to be slanted)
Change the hood ornament and steering wheel

Eww... Wait...
Its pretty good for a first mod.
Less boxy next time, though.

Thanks for your consructive critsism guy's
tihings I will do:
lower roof
change orniment / wheel
fix "boxy look"
extrude more
add grill

I see you just used boxes, And these are overlapping.
You should try to start working with vertices (vertex tool)
You create 3 of them, Select them and press F. Make sure your 3d view is in FlatShaded view and no faces become black, if so: press ctrl+shift+f.

This way you have less vertices, and your model looks a bit better!
But a nice model anyway

I generally create a box and then extrude that. It gives you a much more blocko result.
