I haven't even encountered either of those in my expirences online.

I have encountered the underaged player, though. In L4D on The Last Stand this kid was like "Okay guys don't shoot me okay or I'll do return to loby!" So of course we all shot the hell out of him and he did return to lobby but no one voted yes.
