Couldn't you just forget about the whole server stuff and focus on finishing up the weapon pack? Also, the RPG-7 and Grenade's explosions are about 1/15th the size of a real explosion. Please make it more realistic. Haven't you ever seen old pacific theater footage?

What if you could set up a sytem to check what body part in hit on a player, like headshots? A leg shot slows them down, perhaps an arm disallows use of tools on that mount, body shoots are the second most damaging, etc. It'd actually be kind of cool because that'd introduce real skill outside of "BOOM HEADSHAWT" to not just kill an enemy but to only disable them if necessary, such as to watch them limp back to their secret base. It was the old Resident Evil games that really first introduced area based damage, and I was really impressed with it so it'd be nice to see here in proper work.

on the other hand crouching could end up breaking the detection, but you win some you lose some. :x

Slowing down when shot was an idea of mine that was turned down because of to many datablocks.
Right now ideas are over and animating and remodeling is where the pack is at.
Anyone notice the new Vector model?

it's impossible to notice something like that on such a messed up server. Someone should fix it

With the legs, that would be still okay. But with the arms... I don't know. And I doubt that "disabling" would work as you imagine. I would have to change the playertype to a very slow and crouching one that can't use any items. Else they would just shoot back and probably kill themselves to repsawn. But even with a special playertype - why waiting for a medic when you can just kill yourself?
