Author Topic: Runescape finally came out with something fun.  (Read 3325 times)

My sister's been playing for a long time on Runescape, and she's a moderator :3 (A grey crown)
I wonder if sometime i can ask her to help me level up, my account is from 2004 and it still has an easter ring i cherish.

Runescape was better on 317. When I first joined, it was of the most fun things ever. They just felt they needed to add more 'mmorpg' to it, made it into a stuffty clone of everything else, and now it's going to fall. Less and less people are playing runescape because it's not an individual game anymore.

why would you want to pay a monthly fee for a point and click game?

so a game that uses a stick is really any different? all mmos are the same

runescape came before wow, and wow is dropping members extremely fast now. while runescape still grows nearly 10 years later.

Dungeoneering is a huge forget-up.

'Nuff said.

Don't bandwagon, please.

Sadly I don't know what bandwagoning means, so I don't really care.

I disagree. The rate of members staying is falling rapidly. Next thing you know, people who joined in 2009 will be rare.

Game was ruined right when they limited trading, got rid of player's dropping things for others, and yeah just limited everything. If not for that, I might have played longer. Who agrees?

Runescape finally came out with something that is fun.
Dungeoneering, the new skill that you play a mini game to earn EXP on.
But sadly, jagax thought it would be fair to give more cool features to those fat kids who waste their money and lives on Wow and Runescape, A.K.A. members.
But it's still actually a very fun thing.
You set up parties and raid dungeon while solving almost-impossible-to-figure-out puzzles.
Try it for yourselves.

No, this isn't fun.

I agree. Once they started making everything super safe and made it super easy for kids, it got worse. I loved having bank sales where I would empty a bunch of stuff and sell it to people.

its not an issue of guessing. jagex releases its numbers monthly, and wow hides its numbers after the banning in china.
runescape grows exponentially by the year. and they been in business twice the time of wow

Your dad's credit card expired most likely.

I only play Runescape for one thing.
