My ISP is Optimum Online(Cablevision systems)
It's not very big, only New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and eastern Pennsylvania

Optimum is owned by Cablevision, which is a national telecommunications company.

I have Comcast and have had no trouble at all. In fact I get a download speed of over thirty mb/s, and an upload speed of around fifteen mb/s. Good stuff.
