Because I value the opinion of all my clan members, I will certainly consult with you guys before adding a new admin. However, if I feel very strongly about the person becoming an admin and you guys don't, I may just ignore your opinions. For instance, if you just have a personal grudge against the person, I will ignore you. If you have a legitimate reason that such person should not be an admin and can provide evidence, I will definitely not ignore you, and may even disallow the person from becoming an admin.

tl;dr - Yes, but I, being the clan leader, can override your decision(s) if I feel it's necessary.
