Sorry, then what the forget will you be doing? Sounds to me like all you're just going to make everyone else do the work.
Look at Apht and Mars Station. He did that all himself.

I'd understand if feep doesn't want to take a long time to make the modification, since mapping can take a LONG time if you want a station just about the size of goonstation, counting setting up power routes and disposal systems. [Took about a day for power] but i wouldn't jump straight to making it a collabrated station, unless you have made a base for people to work on.
