That picture looks so so terrible, you should really work on getting a new computer. I'm surprised the game runs at all if you need the setting that low. It looks stufftier than Morrowind in that picture.

im stuck with this computer until high school
then im stuck with an even stufftier one.
its a vista, a bad graphics card.
I have natural environments on, just not the vegetation part.

I added canopy shadows and tree distance and distant land and it barely impacted my performance!
this means better quality pictures
