a defibrillator shuts it up and gets your system moving again

It should be with a new "drowning" game mode:
When a player has no health, he can't move and will lie down on the ground
If noone uses a defibrillator to help him in 10 seconds, he will die (and respawn)
If someone uses a defibrillator on someone who got drowned, he will get 50 HP back
