TF2 Health bar

Wouldn't it be cool if someone edited the RTB health bar, which is like the jet fuel bar, but Put it in the Bottom Right corner of In-Game, and make it a Plus sign?
We could set the HP limit to 100, and if healed by medigun, max 150?
This could also effect the TF2 Playermods and if you dont know what im talking about, the players are:
TF2 Demoman
TF2 Scout
TF2 Soldier
TF2 Pyro
TF2 Heavy
And more!

So if someone made this, it'd be cool. And I would be VERY GRATEFUL.

People Love having different game addons on blockland, just like Regulith. He made Block Bastion,which is like Tf2.
