Weapon blow back?

Is there any weapon that causes blow back to the person who got shot?  An example would be if someone was running towards me, and I shot him, he would slow down.  Thanks for those who help.

everything does this already... as long as they aren't in direct contact with the ground.

So you do get slowed down by weapons in the air and not on the ground?
