And how, pray do tell, does a citizen - not required to carry ID "prove" that he or she is not "illegal?"Welcome to police state creep. Let's hope the Governor vetoes this bill.

I don't want no Mexicans coming in here without permission.
They can stop any Mexican American and ask for papers confirming citizenship, even without grounds for suspicion. How many of us carry our birth papers around?
