lol, i didn't mean they're lazy in the sense of labor

but even if they're earning a poor amount of money to just barely make it, they still need to get their citizenship

and yeah, i'm aware there are illegals out there that are doing the right thing by working hard. i'm also aware there are illegals out there that are just stuff stains on a good carpet, who ruin it for the good immigrants.

i'm sure the intent of this law is to drive those bad ones out, with the consequence of getting rid of those who are hard workers.

then again, both my mother and grandmother took their time to get their citizenship. just being new to the US, my mom had 2 poor jobs, but still found the time to get it. i even remember going with her to some really poor area by san diego, waiting in line for about an hour or so to just get inside the building

It's extremely difficult for Mexicans to gain their citizenship. They are poorer than your mom ever was.

And the illegals who don't work hard are a tiny minority. To use that as an excuse is illogical.

:C America is a fine place, just it tends to not be seen in the brightest light now a days.

My friend wanted to move to Canada, too. He gave up on America when he found out in most states, homoloveual marriages were illegal. Everything else was just icing. :o

America might not as bad as I make it sound. One thing that bugs me is like when Obama said healthcare won't cover abortions and then later some people were rambling about how "Obama is Gunna make me pay my tax dollars to abort babys! We need to protest this!"
