Have they opened up Global registrations for UK players yet?

I have a Global account from years back but, meh.... Having several millions on Broa is more boring that you'd think when you can't be bothered to grind levels :V

I wish I could free immigrate a character with all my money and expensive items over to a server with players, but nobody cares about Broa anymore

Back when I used to play I heard that you couldn't transfer items and money in a free-transfer

Serves me right for what? Hacking and getting banned? Back then (in version .30 or so) GM's actually did their job and banned (shocking, I know)

Now you can scam, d/c hack, and harass players with no penalty

What? No, I didn't mean it like that at all. I hacked, so they banned me. That's how it's supposed to work. I'm sorry if I made it sound like I was a victim but that's not what I was trying to portray at all.
