"Reset Mini" Vote

A command that would allow somebody to type /voteresetmini to start a vote to reset the minigame. Perfect for 1 life TDMs where someone's AFK.

I think a vote thing would be nice in general.
Like an admin could open a GUI, and type.

[Quetstion: INSERT QUESTION HERE]
[Option 1: YES]
[Option 2: NO]
[Option 3: ETC]

And people could vote by saying like /vote1 /vote2 /vote3
Etc...

Of course it would be just text, the admin would have to do the real work.
