I'd like a helicopter that's upside down and instead of flying, the blades of the rotors are like legs that crawl the helicopter around. Upside down and really rapid animation but it actually goes slowly.

Blackhawks don't carry missiles. Suggest a Littlebird instead. They are armed with rotary guns. And as far as I am concerned, there is no such thing as a minigun.
