So if you have no idea how to script, or have no idea how hard it is for the people who do script, then don't assume something is easy for the scripters to do. Do you also think building Rome was easy? How about writing the Declaration of Independence?

No, you can't just color everything. Not only will you not see anything through walls, but these changes will affect EVERYONE's vision when just ONE PERSON uses this.

Im still trying to downloading the mapping and scripting software, then ill try and see of i can do this.

A hint I learned the hard way:

If something is old and can't connect to anything new, make something new that can connect to it on it's own.

If you don't know what this means:
Try to make it work somehow, even if it's 'not possible'. I know what I'm about to say is about gaming systems, but it works for pretty much everything:
I have an NES. I'm good at making cool things for gaming systems. I buy a PS3. I get mad because there's a NES game I really like and want to put it in my PS3 but it won't work. I copy everything from that game, change it up, and it is now a PS3 Game that fits in. If you don't get THIS, figure out. This post would go forever if I kept telling you.

Because that uses a function called "setWhiteout(time)" or something, a specific effect. It just displays a blank texture over the screen. (I think, because I don't think torque can do effects like that.)

This is a pretty good idea.But it WOULD be very hard.I would like it called infravision.It'd be like the Dwarves or the Drow,in Dungeons and Dragons.It could even have events.
