Easy to ride and make. Just align the bricks however you want the coaster and have a vehicle that is the seat wherever you want it to start. Hop in the seats and press a button and off you go.

You have to drive them all over the place though. It'd be easier to just have an easy path already made and use a roller cart to go. You can't do it with normal vehicles though because they can just climb right out of the place, even in a trench.
