I want to know how to get rid of them, and if these are from acne or just moles?
My family doesn't have health insurance so we can't go see a Dermatalogist. Any skin experts here?

I thought birth marks were kinda like scars. Although my skin is really pale and i get sunburns from the sun very easily.

Some websites say cucumber juice or lemon juice help recolor them to match your skin but i've tried and had no results... How the hell do i get rid of them?
