Author Topic: Xamples guide to keeping fit and gaining muscle endurance for young teens  (Read 12565 times)

From the title I though this had something to do with fapping.

 Never thought of that...

I don't think he's trying to. It's a helpful reference for anyone who wants to, though. I've lurked in the "Post real life pictures of yourself" thread long enough to get an idea of how many forum members are overweight - so when they feel like changing that, they have a helpful guide right here.
thanks Ephilates and if you saw me on the post real life pictures of yourself you can obviously see im not completely buff but i do have muscle and just a reference for everyone else here it is... but ive gotten a little bit bigger and toned since this picture

I'm looking forward to exercising, my legs are strong but I need to start looking at my arms and stomach.

it hasnt finished developing... the 2 bottom muscles are the hardest ones to make visible.. theyre an absolute pain in the ass

i already do like 50 situps.
and i lift my little brother at least 20 times a day.

Muscles weigh 5lbs. Fat weighs 2lbs. Anyway, I weightlift everyday except wednsdays and weekends because of Football.

I hardly do anything but walk and/or drive/steal bikes.

u black?
Apologies to Madmitten

I don't have any excuse for stealing but that they don't have to throw their bikes on the street like trash in a can.

i put my bike in my garage/backyard.

I kept my bike on the porch until someone took it.

I like how he tells a forum of mostly 8-15 yr olds that we can't look like him until we are older. I'm only 15, and I curl 55lb, trapbar deadlift 215, concentration curl  30, bench 110, and Barbell row 35.
My friend from Compton can trapbar deadlift 365lbs. That is unspeakably amazing for a freshmen

Ancient Spartans in Greece trained from age 7, apparently by age 14 they can kill anyone in this forum because of their strength and aggression.
