The names in all the pictures kinda screw it and the colors are constantly changing which is kinda disturbing, I would rate it good.

the assassins creed one took a bit of take to get altiers hand on ezios shoulder and also the hidden picture of the mona lisa in the background and no there is acctually skill in those pictures... for instance the edits and other ones mainly gaussian blurs and text aswell as magic wand and the line tool... although i do admit some in there were relied heavy on filters also in those pictures not only paint.net was used i also used gimp and cs3.. but now ive got to get cs3 again cause of reformat so then ill show you some proper skill from images made from scratch
