Which is why I specifically stated loveually explicit acts when I made my post. Did you bother to read it carefully? Secondary, the legal system have been known to include examples of child erotica to the definition as it can be considered lewd and inappropriate for a minor to be doing such a thing to begin with. There really doesn't have to be nudity for it to be illegal, it all depends on how the case is presented in court. And if you're male, chances are you're screwed if any case is brought up to begin with.
