Do you realize that this isn't an automated thing? Badspot could ban you because he was pissed he got bad service at Wendy's. He could ban you because you said you supported John Kerry in the 2004 election. He could ban you because he doesn't like your avatar. He has no one to report to, and I doubt he's going to strictly abide to the dots on the i's and the crosses on the t's when you POST A LINK TO A research SITE.
