Author Topic: Color Set Maker  (Read 3495 times)

So you can create the perfect color set for your server without having to look for all the colors you need. It would be like the color set thing in the avatar menu.

Do want. Would it be like the color picker thing in Photoshop? Or HTML?

This, i can see and may be able to be done.

I favor this but i still think this can be a laze machine, meaning, Blockland will get lazy with this.

I made my color set, this second private, from scratch. It wasn't easy, but it wasn't hard either.

All I'm saying is that i love this idea, but don't like the fact that this will be used to advantage.

I'll work on it because I have nothing better to do.

i tried making a coler set
it was a test
it didnt work

Okay, I've made a simple version that does not allow loading, but allows saving of 63 colors (That leftover color wont save for now) with a fixed format.

I'll work on more advanced editing which will allow for loading colorsets tomorrow.

I will not upload this to RTB till I make the better version.

Super important edit: type openCSE(); in the console to open. Do it in the main menu.

So does it work well? I can't play right now :C

I hate asking for stuff here because I never get what I need, but I have one request in order to have this completed.

I need a button that looks similar to the main menu buttons (Start a game, join a game, tutorial, etc.) and for it to say: Colorset Editor

One of those hilightable buttons that plays a synth when you put the cursor over it?

Yes, I just need the 4 images that the rest have.

Looking through the files a while back in, config I think, I found the files there. Just look around some

I know where they are.
base/client/ui

I need ones that say Colorset Editor.

Couldn't you just make a separate png using the same style the default buttons used?

I could but I suck at making images.
That's why I want someone else to do it.

It wont be finished today anyways. Still messing around with the GUI, and planning for the rest of it.

You might be able to just copy all the required letters out of the pre made ones, and just mesh them into one picture.
