I suppose so... Well other than the capital C, you could do what I mentioned and just rip letters from premade words. And for the C, you could do your best to modify/remake it to fit your new title.

I'd rather have someone make it the same way the RTB ones were made.
Probably some easy way in a specific image editor.

I'm sorry, but I have no clue if RTB used a word editor for the words. For all I know, they could have used the built-in paint program to make every png in the game.

MS Paint can't do transparency so no. Unless you meant something else by built-in.
